Ephraim Utz was born ABT 1763, and died 1848 in Kentucky. He married Christina Blankenbaker 1783 in Culpeper County, Virginia, daughter of Michael Blankenbaker and Elizabeth Barbara Garr. She was born 1763, and died 1844.     vi. Susannah Utz was born ABT 1765 in Virginia. She married Lewis Blankenbaker, son of Christopher Blankenbaker and Christina Finks. He was born 21 JAN 1765.     vii. Lewis Utz was born ABT 1768 in Virginia, and died 1826 in Madison County, Virginia. He married Mary Carpenter 30 NOV 1790 in Culpeper County, Virginia, daughter of William Carpenter and Mary Wilhoit. She was born 26 AUG 1768, and died ABT 1800 in Madison County, Virginia. He married Nancy Carpenter 29 JAN 1806 in Madison County, Virginia, daughter of Samuel Carpenter and Dinah Crisler. William Carpenter was born ABT 1732, and died 1810 in Madison County, Virginia. He married Mary Wilhoit ABT 1755, daughter of Adam Wilhoit and Catherine Broyles. She was born ABT 1740, and died 1830 in Madison County, Virginia.     iv. Michael Carpenter was born ABT 1737, and died 1808 in Madison County, Virginia. He married Mary Crisler ABT 1759 in Culpeper County, Virginia, daughter of Johann Theobald Christele and Rosina Garr. She was born ABT 1736.
