NOTE: Is "Anna E Pamment" actually Elizabeth Emma Pamment? Anna presumably died prior to 1861 census.

    ----------
From Sue Ayre: In the 1881 census, Elizabeth Pamment Sutton was living at 6 Victoria Place, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. It must have been a large house split into separate rooms as there are 5 separate families living there. The neighboring houses only have one family each, which makes the amount of people at #6 -- 9 adults and 18 children - seems way out of proportion.
