    WILL: LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
    In the name of God Amen. I, Lancelot Oliver of barre in the County of Worc
    ester and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, husbandman, being weak in Body b
    ut of perfect mind and memory, thanks be to God for it, calling to mind t
    he mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed to all men on
    ce to die. I do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament th
    at is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul in
    to the Hands of the Almighty God that gave it and my Body I recommend un
    to the Erth to be buried in decent Christian burial, in blessed hope th
    at I shall receive it again at the general resurrection, to a blessed a
    nd glorious immortaility, through him who is the Resurrection and the Lif
    e. And as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to ble
    ss me in this Life, I give, demise and dispose of teh same in the followi
    ng Manner and Form:
    First, I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife, Mary Oliver, all my indo
    or Moveables and household furniture and an Annuity of Twenty Spanish mill
    ed Dollars, or an equibvalent thereunto in such money as Shall be the th
    en circulating medium, the above sum to be paid to her the said Mary, annu
    ally During her natural life.
    Item. I give to my son William Oliver five schillings, to be paid whim wit
    hin one year after my decease -- which together with what he has receiv
    ed is his full share of my estate.
    Item. I give to my Daughter Margaret Galloway five schillings which toget
    her with what she has received is her full proportion of my Estate.
    Item. I give to my son David Oliver five schillings which together with w
    hat I have given him by Deed is his full proportion of my Estate.
    Item. I give to my son Robert Oliver and to my son Alexander Oliver a
    nd to my daughter Katherine Kimpland the whole and every part of the remai
    nder of the real and personal estate of which I shall die seized and posse
    ssed to be divided equally among them.
    The above named Robert Oliver and Alxeander I also make and ordan the so
    le executors of this my Last Will and Testament. And I do hereby disallo
    w, revoke and disannull all and every otgher former Testaments, Wills, LEg
    acies, Bequests and executors by me in any ways before named, willed, a
    nd testified, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Wi
    ll and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and sea
    l, this third day of January in the year of our Lord one Thousand, Seven h
    undred and Eight one.
