In pursuant of the Court, we the commissioners have met to (c?pay) off one years provision fo r Ann Rice, widow of Ransom L Rice, dec, and do lay that we allow her one small crop of cor n on the promises supposed to be fifteen or twenty barrels, five head of hogs supposed to wa y (sic)500 pounds for sub-- sale, five (heed shoats??? - [looked like a major typo to me!] th at are in the woods.
