    PERRY WEIMER
    Perry Weimer, 71, formerly of 1176 Jennings, Benton Harbor, died at 4:10 p.m. Thursday in Claremont Nursing home, Benton Harbor. Mr. Weimer was born Jan. 29 [sic], 1905, in Coloma. Surviving are his widow, the former Lillian Sutherland; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Sallie Blyeth, Salem, Ore., and a sister, Mrs. Flora M. Solenberger, Maple Plain, Minn. Funeral arrangements were incomplete this forenoon at the Fairplain Chapel, Florin funeral home

    WEIMER RITES SET
    Funeral services for Perry Weimer, 71, formerly of 1176 Jennings, Benton Harbor, who died Thursday will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Indian Lake cemetery, Cass County. Friends may call beginning at noon Sunday at Fairplain chapel of Florin funeral service. Mr. Weimer was a veteran of World War II.
    Per Sally Nye Blyeth, Perry's last name was Weimer but he informally changed it to Weimar, perhaps so it would be like the Weimar Republic in Germany.
    Perry and Lillian's marriage license states that Perry had never married before, but he had three or four previous marriages per Sally Nye Blyeth. From one union he had a son, Peter.
