From "Genealogy of the Colburn-Coburn Families:" "In 1678, Edward conveyed to Robert one-eighth of the Webb purchase, viz.: 11 acres, 60 poles, bounded by John's land on the west, and his brother Edward's, now deceased, on the east and lying on the river. The terms of the sale were the same as those imposed upon John: 5 pounds yearly for a term of eleven years, with the same conditions regarding the kind of payment. Robert and John did not share with the others in the Satchell land, although each had his share in the Webb purchase. May 27, 1700, the year before his death, he sold his real estate in Dracut to his brother, Daniel, and is called a "Resident of Dracut."
