    I Cecil Howard Digby Fetherstonhaugh of Bracklyn Killucan County Westmeath late Captain Royal Dragoons declare this to be my last will hereby revoking all former wills made by me I appoint my brother Herbert Howard Fetherstonhaugh , Captain Berkley C. Wilmot Williams and Richard Edward Maunsell to be the Executors and Trustees of this my will.
    I bequeath the sum of One thousand pounds to my wife Meriel Gertrude Fetherstonhaugh to be paid to her as soon as possible after my death.
    I bequeath the sum of Five hundred pounds to my brother Herbert Howard Fetherstonhaugh.
    I bequeath the sum of Five hundred pounds to Richard Edward Maunsell. All said legacies to be free of Legacy Duty And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my property of what nature and kind soever and wheresoever situate I give devise and bequeath the same to my daughter Muriel Eleanor Fetherstonhaugh absolutely and appoint her my residuary legatee and devisee.

Jameson to be one of my executors jointly with my brother Herbert Howard Fetherstonhaugh and Captain Berkley C. Wilmot Williams And I bequeath to the said Robert J.A. Jameson the sum of one hundred pounds free of legacy duty provided he acts as such executor.
