Sir Humphrey Bourchier Knight c1443-1471 was the eldest son of Sir John Bourchier and Margery (Berners).
He was killed at the battle of Barnet 14 Apr 1471 (fought for Yorkists) in the lifetime of his father and buried at Westminster Abbey.
His will was proved at Canterbury in 1471.
He married Elizabeth daughter of Frederick Tylney of Boston, Lincolnshire. She married second Thomas Howard Duke of Norfolk. Her will was proved at Canterbury in 1507. By her he had three children John, heir to his paternal grandfather, Margaret and Ann.
