    ?An Italian woman?
Biette de Casinel (Biette Cassinel, known as the Beautiful Italian), born about 1340 and died about 1380 (1394 according to RP Anselme) is one of the first known mistresses of a king of France. In the years 1360, she became the lover of the king Charles V and some claim that she gave him a son, Jean de Montagu (or Montaigu), in 136, but this theory is disputed by Lucien Merlet who shows, in a biography of Jean de Montagu, published in the Library of l' School of the Charters (Vol III, page 250) that Charles V was approximately 12 years old with the birth of sound supposed wire natural. Except Jean de Montagu, it has three sons and two girls of her legitimate husband, of which Gerard de Montagu, bishop of Paris and Jean de Montagu, chancellor of France and archbishop of Direction Girl of François Cassinel and Alips the Fields, it had as a brother Ferry Cassinel, archbishop duke of Rheims and par of France. She remained widowed on September 17, 1380* and its tomb is seen in l' church Holy-Cross of Bretonnerie in Paris.
