"Susan Isham, born, according to her father's notes, on Saturday 19 March 1580/1, was married at Lamport 16 February 1607/8, as his second wife, to Sir Martin Stutevile of Dalham in Suffolk, Knight. He died 13 June 1631, leaving issue by both wives, and was buried at Dalham with a monument. His will of 4 March 1625/6 was proved 27 July 1631 by Thomas Stuteville his son and heir. She survived him, and was buried 18 Jan 1652/3 at Dalham"
Someone has then written in the book died 'Jan 16 (letter of Eliz. Isham)?

There are two wives shown on Martin Stuteville?s memorial. I have identified that the one one on the left is Susanna, from the arms above her head.
