Of Gristhorpe (in Filey) and Lebberston, Yorkshire.
I've shown that Elizabeth de Aton's son and heir, Sir William Playce, was not the father of Robert Place as stated by Complete Peerage. New research now indicates that Sir William Playce's heirs were actually the descendants of his sister, Margaret Playce, wife of Sir John de Sywardby. This fact is confirmed by an extensive pedigree of the Sigston-Playce-Sywardby family found in Genealogist n.s. 17 (1901): 244. This source presents the abstract of a lawsuit which shows that Sir William Playce, son of Elizabeth de Aton, left an only daughter and heiress, Elizabeth Playce, who died without issue sometime before 1432-3. Elizabeth Playce's heir in turn was her first cousin, Sir William Sywardby (son and heir of her aunt, Margaret Playce), who inherited the Playce family manors of Gristhorpe, Sigston Kirby, Foxton, and Winton, Yorkshire. In 1432-3 William Sywardby "the elder" was sued for possession of the manors of Sigston Kirby, Foxton, and Winton, Yorkshire by his distant kinsman, Robert de Wadesley, which suit was unsuccessful. These properites subsequently
descended in the Sywardby family to Margaret Sywardby, the family heiress, who married Sir Geoffrey Pigot.
To date I haven't found a source which directly names the parentage of Sir William Playce, husband of Elizabeth de Aton. However, in addition to the Genealogist item cited above, helpful information on the Playce family is found in two sources:
Yorkshire Arch. Jour. 22 (1913): 137-144 (re. Siggeston family); Gooder, Parliamentary Representation of York 1 (Yorks. Arch. Soc. Recs. 91) (1935): 85-87 (biog. of Sir William Playce); 95-96 (biog. of John de Siggeston).
Taken together, these three sources make it clear that Elizabeth de Aton's husband, Sir William Playce, was the son and heir of Thomas Playce, Knt., of Gristhorpe, Yorkshire (died before 1355), by Joan, daughter of John de Syggeston, Knt., of Kirby Sigston, Foxton, and
    Winton, Yorkshire.
