      Calais: Isabel N. Seamans, 85, died February 10, 1983 at a Calais hospital. She was the wife of the late Roy Seamans. She was born in Hallowell, Maine, November 11, 1897, the daughter of George L. and Charlotte A. (Ferguson) Dinsmore.

      She was a member of the Women's Association, First Congregational Church and the Sherman Brothers American Legion Auxiliary.

      She is survived by one daughter Charlotte A. Seamans of Alexandria, Va., one grandson David G. Seamans of Alexandria, Va.

      two sisters Charlotte Dinsmore and Doris Smith, both of Somerville, Mass., several nieces and nephews.

      Funeral services were held at the Scholl Funeral Chapel on Saturday, February 12 with the Rev. Charles Stark officiating.

      Interment was in the Calais Cemetery.
