    1. John G. Nerreter (Uncle of the decedent)
    According to our research and the attached supporting documentation, JohnG. Nerreter
    was born March 20, 1854 in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of John Nerreter andAnna Meisle
    Nerreter; he married Jessie Simpson and they adopted three children;namely, Deo
    (Weeks) Nerreter, Laveme (Weeks) Nerreter and Myrtle (Weeks) Nerreter.John G.
    Nerreter died April 9, 1932 in Saginaw, Michigan. Attached hereto are:
    Exhibit #12 Certified copy of the marriage record of John Nerreter andJessie Simpson.
    Exhibit #13 Copy of an excerpt of the 1920 U.S. Federal Censusenumeration for John
    G. Nerreter with his wife Jessie S. and two individuals identified as ason
    and daughter, Laveme J, and Myrtle C. Nerreter.
    Exhibit #14 Certified copy of the death record of John G. Nerreter.
    Exhibit #15 Copy of the obituary of John G- Nerreter published in theApril 10, 1932
    edition of the Saginaw Sunday News, which reported that he was survived
    by this widow and three children, Mrs. Alfred Mardon, Deo E. and
    LaVeme J, Nerreler; three brothers and one sister, William Nerreter,
    Leonard Nerreter, Mrs, Edward Graham and George Nerreter.
    Exhibit #16 Copy of the obituary of Jessie Nerreter, which identifiesher survivors as
    one daughter, Mrs. Alfred Mardon and two sons, Deo E. and LaVem J.
    Nerreter.
    Exhibit #17 Certified copy of the probate record of Jessie S. Nerreter,which provides
    bequests for her sons, Deo E. and Laverne J- Nerreter, her daughter,
    Myrtle C. Nerreter Mardon and her nieces and nephews, Mabel Birch

    Deo Earl Weeks was born November 14. 1899 in Athens, Michigan, a son ofRay Weeks
    and Carrie Tyson Weeks; he was legally adopted by John Nerreter andJessie Simpson
    Nerreter. Further details of Deo Ear! Nerreter and his descendants willbe provided in an
    addendum report in the near future.
    02. LaVerne J. Nerreter (First cousin of the decedent)
    LaVeme J. Weeks was born December 24, 1901 in Athens, Michigan, a son ofRay
    Weeks and Carrie Tyson Weeks; he was legally adopted by John Nerreter andJessie
    Simpson Nerreter. Further details of Laverne J. Nerreter and hisdescendants will be
    provided in an addendum report in the near future.
    03. Myrtle C. Nerreter Mardon (First cousin of the decedent)
    According to our research and the attached supporting documentation,Mabel Weeks was
    born February 18, 1904 in Athens, Michigan, a daughter of Ray Weeks andCarrie Tyson
    Weeks; she was legally adopted by John Nerreter and Jessie SimpsonNerreter and her
    name was changed to Myrtle C. Nerreter. She married Alfred Mardon June 6,1931 and
    they had two issue; namely, Larry Tim Mardon and a daughter who died asan infant.
    Myrtle C. Nerreter Mardon died February 3, 1991 in Tawas Township,Michigan.
    Attached hereto are:
    Exhibit #19 Certified copy of the Adoption record of Mabel Weeks /Myrtle C. Nerreter.
    Exhibit #20 Certified copy of the certificate of death of MyrtleMardon. This record
    identifies her mother as Jessie Birch (sic).
