    and Carrie Tyson Weeks; he was legally adopted by John Nerreter andJessie Simpson
    Nerreter. Further details of Deo Ear! Nerreter and his descendants willbe provided in an
    addendum report in the near future.
    02. LaVerne J. Nerreter (First cousin of the decedent)
    LaVeme J. Weeks was born December 24, 1901 in Athens, Michigan, a son ofRay
    Weeks and Carrie Tyson Weeks; he was legally adopted by John Nerreter andJessie
    Simpson Nerreter. Further details of Laverne J. Nerreter and hisdescendants will be
    provided in an addendum report in the near future.
    03. Myrtle C. Nerreter Mardon (First cousin of the decedent)
    According to our research and the attached supporting documentation,Mabel Weeks was
    born February 18, 1904 in Athens, Michigan, a daughter of Ray Weeks andCarrie Tyson
    Weeks; she was legally adopted by John Nerreter and Jessie SimpsonNerreter and her
    name was changed to Myrtle C. Nerreter. She married Alfred Mardon June 6,1931 and
    they had two issue; namely, Larry Tim Mardon and a daughter who died asan infant.
    Myrtle C. Nerreter Mardon died February 3, 1991 in Tawas Township,Michigan.
    Attached hereto are:
    Exhibit #19 Certified copy of the Adoption record of MabelWeeks / Myrtle C.
    Nerreter.
    Exhibit #20 Certified copy of the certificate of death of MyrtleMardon. This record
    identifies her mother as Jessie Birch (sic).
