Personal Memories: Mom grew up in Benezette PA- a place the Winslows always seemed to be home even though they left in the early 1940s. The Benezette Winslows lived in a very small town atmosphere where everyone knew each other. Mom's family while not rich were probably better off than many with running water, the town store, a telephone, etc. The family seemed to be close but in their own way competitive in games and sports.
