Moved to Windsor about 1636, where he was magistrate 1639-1647 and 1656-1662. Purchased land from the Indian, Sehat, Mar. 31, 1665. Married first in England about 1617, Mary (bur. Aug. 13, 1626, Crewkerne, Somerset, England), the mother of his first four children. William married second Nov. 14, 1626, Crewkerne, Somerset, England.
