        Hilton Head, SC - Mrs. Strode, 79, died in an Atlanta Hospital on December 15, 2004 after a short illness. Born in Savannah, Belle graduated from Savannah High School and attended Armstrong College. She was an accomplished pianist and won several writing awards. She is survived by two sons, James Paschal Strode III and wife Sheryl and Jefferson Epps Strode and wife Terry, all of Atlanta; two brothers, Robert E. Epps and wife Willis of Tustin, CA and William Epps Harris and wife Sarah of Savannah; a sister, Jean Hess and husband Jimmie of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren, Heather, J.P., Paige, Arial and Jefferson. Graveside service was held Monday at Bonaventure Cemetery. Services were conducted by Rev. Lowery Brantley, Pastor of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church. Thomas M.
