(1e) 1757, 3 Apr: In case of WILLIAMSON vs. WILLIAMSON, John WILLIAMSON, petitioner's grandfather, deceased, by his will 25 Jul 1715, left "Spoon Savannah" to his sons John, William, Richard, Benjamin, Joseph and Henry, and it came to John WILLIAMSON (petitioner's father), William, Richard, Benjamin and Henry, all of whom attained 21 years, but have been dead some time. Petitioner's father John WILLIAMSON's will, 4 May 1733, left his share to petitioner John WILLIAMSON [IV]. William WILLIAMSON died intestate; his share descended to William WILLIAMSON, his eldest son. Richard WILLIAMSON by his will, 16 Mar 1737, left his share to his brother Henry. Benjamin WILLIAMSON in his will 14 Feb 1746 left to his eldest son Champernoun WILLIAMSON, reserving life estate to his wife Elizabeth. Henry WILLIAMSON by will 1 Dec 1743, ordered his part inherited to be sold. As to part received from his brother Richard he died intestate and same descended to his eldest son, Thomas WILLIAMSON.
