One of the five brothers who moved from REhoboth to Lebanon, Connecticu t. between 1720-1726. Lived and died in Lebanon, Connecticut on land acqu ired from his brother, Amos. The home Joshua build in 1745 was remaini ng in good condition in 1890, having been passed down to Samuel, to Bezeli el (oldest son of Joshua, Jr.) to Chester, to children Charles A. and Oril la.
He died in Lebanon, New London, Connecticut. [p. 7.] JOSHUA and ABIEL liv ed and died in Lebanon, Connecticut., on the farms they purchased; JOHS UA of his brother AMOS, 1722, and ABIEL of his brother BENJAMIN, 1726.
Joshua purchased his farm from his brother Amos, Nov. 5, 1722, and le ft it to his second son Samuel, who bequeathed the same to his nephew Beze liel (the oldest son of Joshua, Jr.), who left it to his son Chester, w ho willed it to his son Charles A. and daughter Orrilla, remaining in t he family to 1890.
